With the escalating combined cost of water and the sewer surcharge, it is inevitable that water users
will increasingly question their water bill. As a completely independent meter service company,
Coulter can test the meter in question and provide an unbiased report as to the subject’s accuracy performance.
We can perform the tests on-site (preferable for meters incorporating a velocity component ) or in our shop.
The tests are performed using the AWWA guidelines as set out in their Manual M-6 or as requested by the parties involved.
